Calendar Events: "Loose Change Miracle" is an opportunity for "extra-mile giving" where folks are encouraged and invited to bring into the worship service their spare change on the third Sunday of every month. The change received is put into the General Fund for the church's ministries. The church welcomes Rev. Jan Parke as the new pastor of First UMC, Stoughton. May God bless her ministry here in the Stoughton Community. Welcome Back Breakfast - Sunday, Sept. 12 at 9:30 a.m. followed by Sunday worship at 10:30 a.m. Sunday School for children and adults will begin on Sunday, Sept. 19th at 9:30. Bible Study - Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. starting on September 15th. We will be studying the Old Testament book of Job. Annual Charge Conference - Thursday, Sep. 30th from 7:30-8:30 p.m. The District Superintendent will meet with the SPRC Committee prior to the conference from 7-7:30 p.m. All chairmen must submit a report of their committee's activities over the past year to the office no later than Wednesday, Sept. 15th.
